Ace Ticket is putting together a Support Staff to assist the Operations and Sales Departments for all upcoming home games for the following sports teams:
Boston Bruins - Boston Celtics - Boston Red Sox - New England Patriots

Who You Are : Quick learner - Have close attention to detail - Friendly and approachable attitude - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and fellow staff - Ability to problem solve and work effectively under pressure Description - Ability to provide outstanding Customer Support to all customers including mobile ticket transfers, questions about the venue, picking up tickets and assisting the Operations and Sales Departments on busy game nights. Willingness to be trained on our point-of-sale (POS) software to become a dependable resource for staff and customers alike. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Shifts can vary. During the week, shifts are generally 3-4 hours and weekends can be 3-8 hours.
