I prefer to initially connect with a potential client on the phone vs. emailing back and forth, which I've found takes up way too much of our time. We would both ask each other questions and then answer them. I'd first find out the time deadline for the project, as well as your anticipated budget.
I've been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and have received all the available boosters. I'm able to do onsite consulting with clients who have also been fully vaccinated. We would still need to wear masks indoors when we meet.
But if you'd prefer to have a decorator work remotely, we can discuss if this is doable. I often ask potential clients to email me pictures of their room(s) taken from several angles, which we use as the basis of a preliminary/free phone conversation. Depending on your needs, some of my work suggesting color schemes, new furnishings to buy, and rearrangement of furniture, etc. can be done via snail-mail. It all depends on what work needs to be done. Finally, if you have an airbnb, I'd love to make that space beautiful so it presents a lovely online picture.
