I'm looking for someone to do research on the propriety of showing disappointment with, say, an orange-faced bankrupted casino owner, by showing one of three forms of disapproval:
One. Whether someone who disapproves of such a person in general can properly express his or her disapproval by displaying a white ribbon in front of his or her home.
Two. Whether someone who thinks such a person is a [donkey] hole can properly express his or her disapproval by displaying a brown ribbon in front of his or her home.
Three. Whether someone who thinks such a person is a complete idiot can properly express his or her disapproval by displaying a black ribbon in front of his or her home.
Economic Research
Nearly all of our ribbon is imported. In this era of increased tariffs I’m looking for advice on the possible savings of making white, brown, or black ribbons by taking plastic trash bags, made in the USA, in those colors. Then cutting them into strips four inches wide to avoid paying such tariffs.
