Hello everyone. I’m relaunching my home tech support business, Computer Tutor and Troubleshooter which I was running part-time in 2002, while working in the mental health field. . In 2008, after completing computer courses and certification in PC Support, I transitioned from the Mental Health field to working as a contractor/consultant for various organizations. At the end of 2025, I re-started my home tech support business full-time, in part to have the flexibility to develop my music performance career. I'm now happy to be supporting the general public with technical issues and learning needs.
I can help with such things as fixing software and hardware problems, file management, backups/cloud storage, learning how to use devices and software and more. I work on both Windows and Mac Operating Systems and help with phones and tablets also.
