Part-Time Operations & Growth Assistant — Upstart Mail-Tech Startup (Somerville)

1-person upstart in Somerville running a trial of a new mail-tech idea, I am looking for one tech-savvy, self-directed person to help me grow.

What you'll do:

• Scan incoming postcards and returned mail at our Somerville office
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers (property managers, mailers, small businesses)
• Send follow-up emails to leads and check in with existing clients
• Light social media outreach (LinkedIn messages, posts, replies)
• Flag bugs and workflow improvements as you spot them

You'll do well here if you:

• Are comfortable with modern web tools and pick up new software quickly
• Can hold a friendly, professional phone conversation with a stranger
• Write clear, typo-free emails without much hand-holding
• Are reliable and organized

Hours, location & pay:

• $16/hour
• Starting at ~1 hour per week, scaling up as we grow
• Pick your own hours
• Scanning happens in person at our Somerville, MA office
