German Bundeswehr (Army) Splitterschutzweste (fragmentation vest), dated 1995, Flecktarn pattern. Excellent condition and appears unused. Velcro and snap closures, clean interior, and all panels intact. This is a collectible surplus vest, not modern protective equipment.
