The Weatherization Scheduler works in the fast-paced Call Center at HomeWorks Energy, and schedules Homeowners appointments for weatherization. The preferred candidate will have the ability to accomplish both individual and team goals, and must keep patient satisfaction at the forefront of all activities. Strong computer skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask are desired employee traits. Prior scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Answer all calls promptly making sure to follow protocol
Respond to voice mail messages promptly
Schedule appointments according to scheduling rules
Re-book appointments per Homeowner request
Make or take ~100 calls per day
Work as a TEAM
Care and compassion for Homeowners/Clients.
Ability to express urgency and communicate strong timelines
Customer service oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Excel.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple responsibilities
Two+ years experience in a high volume call center preferred
Past experience with a CRM (IE Salesforce) preferred
