Contract to Hire

We are looking for a customer service savvy Team Lead for our 24X7 medical operator services center.
- Handle routine and escalated calls
- Update schedules and directory
- Train second shift representatives
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
- Schedule team members in order to meet service objectives

REQUIREMENTS: ( Must include a cover letter)

- Associates Degree or 3 years directly related experience
- Excellent written, verbal and people skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexibility to cover open shifts
- Previous supervisory / team lead experience

HOURS: Sunday - Thursday 3pm -11pm
