Amazing opportunity as the Office Manager for a startup medical device firm! In this dynamic, all-encompassing role, the Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire Boston office including staff oversight, light accounting functions, and HR responsibilities as well. The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to react effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high stress atmosphere. The ideal assistant candidate will have 5+ years of prior experience in a similar role. A strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational and written and verbal communication skills are also a must!
