As a Head of Client Services, you will develop a team of recruiters and account managers in order to deliver pipelines of qualified and engaged candidates to a book of strategic accounts. You will manage your team, communicate progress and coordinate changes with clients and candidates, and take a lead role in engaging clients regarding candidate pipeline, recruiting strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
Your Responsibilities as a Head of Client Services at Happie
Partner with Happie Talent Services Managers to develop and execute on client-specific recruiting strategies.
Designs Project Management schedules, deliverables and powerpoint decks in order to manage the clients' expectations.
Hire and Manage your team of Account managers who own the client relationships across several books of business including goal setting and tracking.
Manage team and help with conducting all aspects of recruiting activity funnel. Including; Ensure recruiting levels are appropriate to satisfy client needs; Manage and help coordinate interviews between candidates and client organization; Monitor placements; Manage candidates and workload through Happie's applicant tracking system (CRM); Deliver qualified and interested candidates to Hiring Managers in a timely fashion; Weekly reporting to the client.
This position requires overnight travel multiple times a year.

What We Need From You (Job Requirements)
We are looking for project management skills, client relationship and team management aptitude and passion above all else! Leading recruiters and developing relationships based on a foundation of integrity comes naturally to you.
Must have 4+ years professional experience in Client Services
Must have 3+ years professional experience in one or more of the following areas; Full-cycle recruiting; Client Relationship management
All candidates must demonstrate an aptitude and real passion for managing teams, developing client relationships, and delivering great customer service.
Background in recruiting or HR is required.
Self-directed, motivated, flexible, and collaborative with a solid attention to detail and top-notch organization skills.
You plan and execute well. You overcome obstacles and get stuff done.
You proactively and effectively address issues and recognize successes.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and Internet-based applications.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
