Well-established Property Management Company is seeking a condominium portfolio manager in the greater Boston area. Previous condominium management and experience with condominium boards is required.

Primary Responsibilities

-Ensures efficient operation of condominium communities within established financial guidelines
-Provides superior customer service to residents, condominium owners and board members
-Drafts and completes annual budgets following both company and client guidelines
-Prepares monthly board packages, attends monthly meetings, and completes requested action items between board meetings
-Works with subcontractors to maintain the properties
-Provides administrative support for the properties
-Responds to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
-Effectively utilizes all company software used for storage, distribution/monitoring of work orders, vendor contracts, meeting minutes, board packages, and unit owner communication, as well as software for invoice processing
-Completes weekly site visits to all properties within assigned portfolio

Job Qualifications

-Excellent resident relations skills
-Understanding of condo documents and association by-laws
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Proven leadership skills & ability to take initiative
-Superior judgment and decision making skills
-3+ years' experience in condominium management
-Experience overseeing building envelope and roofing work preferred
-Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
