Contract Position with Rapidly-Growing Medical Device Company

Company Background:
We are a private medical technology company that has developed and brought to market a revolutionary orthopedic device.

We are first-to-market and are positioned as a market leader. We are well-funded, having raised $7 million on our way to our first $10 million. It appears we have access to ample funding to reach profitability. The company also has industry leaders as executives who have taken companies public on the NASDAQ and been acquired.

We introduced our initial product to the market in 2016. This year, we are planning to launch a new, groundbreaking, portable version of the product. We are currently in the prototype phase and have a core team of professionals working to make it a success.

We have sold 75 units to date on a "test-the-waters" basis; have an immediate demand of 700+ units; and an estimated demand of 10,000 - 15,000 units right behind that, which, it appears, will generate approximately $75M in annual recurring revenue.

Opportunity:
We seek a seasoned CEO with a proven track record to serve as a business advisor to the CEO. The candidate we are looking for will have extensive entrepreneurial experience, and a specialization in healthcare, preferably in orthopedics.

Key Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years experience as a CEO at a medical or orthopedic company
-Extensive experience with startups, either creating your own companies or working at a high-level in growing one
-Proven track record of growing company(s) to at least $50M - 100M in sales
-Focus on medical companies, preference for orthopedic ventures
-Ability to provide valuable insight into the industry, trends, market, etc.
