Complete Labor and Staffing is a full-service staffing agency which focuses primarily in the construction and light industrial fields. We are currently seeking a District Manager to add to our team and oversee 4-5 locations in our Massachusetts market in the Greater Boston Area.

Requirements:
-Minimum Education: High School Diploma
-5+ Years in a Multi-Location Management Role
-Strong interpersonal communication skills
-Strong leadership skills with a “lead by example” mentality
-Strong oral/written communication skills
-Highly proficient using MS Word & Outlook
-Staffing experience a plus but not required
-Ability to Travel on a daily basis with overnights as needed

Duties Include (But Not Limited To):
-Responsible for Sales, Service, and Operations for 4-5 Branch Locations/Branch Managers
-Ensure company policy compliance along with local, state & federal compliance in branches
- Prioritize branch performance issues to make certain that the issues most directly affecting profitability are addressed
-Act as a coach/mentor for Branch Managers focusing most extensively on sales, service and profitability
-Hire, Train & Develop managers and internal staff members
