Hello! We are looking to hire a Director of Recruitment to join our company. This is a key leadership position within our organization.

We are the largest educational recruitment firm in the country for K-12 private schools. We have been in business since 1977. While 30 of our employees work in our Boston office, we also have approximately 30 consultants living in other regions of the U.S. Our work culture is one that believes in working hard, treating each other with care and respect, and having a good time. The Director of Recruitment will work collaboratively with other team members from our marketing, school services, communications, and placement teams to increase, improve the quality of, and diversify our job-seeking candidate pool. The DofR will be responsible for putting systems in place to measure the efficacy of all our recruitment work and increase the ROI on all initiatives.

Competitive candidates for this position will have a minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing and/or online recruitment. An expertise in SEO, online advertising, and data analytics will be key. Additionally, the most competitive candidates will also at least have a passion for - if not professional experience in - K-12 education, private schools, admissions, and/or higher education.

Other important characteristics will be a strong team orientation, a glass-half-full outlook, and an outward-facing, engaging demeanor.

A minimum of an undergraduate degree at a competitive four-year college is required, masters degrees are welcome.

Note that the DofR will be expected to work in our Boston office (downtown).
