compensation: Base Salary 50K, plus bonus, based on experience.

Job Descriptions: General Manager

Applicant must manage the day-to-day operations of the Front of house and the Bar, including but not limited to:
- hire, schedule, terminate staff
- plan special functions
- inventory control
- collaborate with food vendors and suppliers
- follow/meet state and federal health codes
- train staff in safe food handling techniques
- oversee staff understanding of safe work environments
- uphold a high expectation of cleanliness and organization
- keep kitchen and storeroom food stores in an organized and easy to use system
- coordinating the operations and activities of the restaurant and bar
- maintain a high quality of service
- works with hosts, servers, bussers and runners to keep restaurant and bar clean to meet health and sanitation standards
- complete end of night closing duties
- support the team during service to ensure efficient flow of service

Qualifications
• Minimum of three (3) years hands on experience with food & beverage operations
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work, weekends and holidays

Preferred Knowledge
• TIPS certified
• Digital dining system knowledge
• Knowledge of Wines and beer
• Applicant must have valid ServeSafe certificate
