• Negotiate new Right of Entry Agreements and Bulk Agreements for opportunities for RCN to sell its residential cable television, internet and phone services to area MDUs.
• Negotiate renewal of contracts to maximize retention of current customers while maintaining margins.
• Must be able to find and source your own leads for the new build opportunities.
• Build relationships with real estate developer and management firms.
• Must be well organized, self motivated and with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to present and negotiate with decision makers at an executive level.
• Three to five years in an outside sales or customer service environment.
• Sales experience in real-estate or telecommunications.
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Products Word, Excel and Access.
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
