With locations throughout the Northeast, DBS Building Solutions is responsible for delivering commercial cleaning and building maintenance services to over 850 local customers, occupying over 2.5 million square feet of commercial space.
DBS is currently seeking a qualified Account Manager in our Massachusetts territory. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and customer relations.
As an Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for our customers and are responsible for maintaining a relationship with, and up-selling additional services to, our existing customer base.
- Scheduling and leading new account orientations between customers and contractors
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
- Routine & emergency account inspections
- Selling additional/one-time services to our existing customer base
- Updating information in our account management system
Candidates must have:
- Strong interpersonal skills - you are the main point of contact for our customers and building a strong rapport is essential.
- Good organizational skills - you will be handling a number of tasks while spending 60-70% of your time on the road, so organization is a must.
- Motivation - you will be working independently in a results-oriented position. You must be self-motivated and disciplined to be successful.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful.
