700c track wheelset. Both wheels feature Velocity A23 rims. The front hub is a Grand Compe and the rear is a Sturmey Archer S-3X three speed fixed hub. The wheel are true and the hubs spin smoothly. It came with a bike that I'm switching my own wheels onto. The pictures tire is not included.
