I am selling up to two Feathercraft K-Light Plus folding kayaks in very good condition. These are lightweight, packable, easy-to-store kayaks that are ideal for paddlers who want a capable boat without needing a roof rack or a large storage space.
One kayak has a red deck and the other has a purple deck. Each kayak is sold separately for $800.
These K-Light Plus kayaks are well-regarded folding boats that maneuver well, accelerate easily, and track nicely. They are a good fit for beginner to moderately skilled kayakers, travelers, apartment dwellers, or anyone who wants a high-quality kayak that packs down for storage or transport.
The basic K-Light kayaks originally cost about $2,550 each when new, and these boats also include optional upgrades, including the medium stern hatch and perimeter deck lines.
Included with each kayak:
• OEM backpack-style storage/transport bag with zip-away shoulder straps
• Nylon spray skirt
• Adjustable foot braces
• Repair kit
• Optional medium stern hatch, approximately 16” x 11”

Condition:
The decks are coated Cordura nylon sewn to welded urethane Duratek hulls. The decks have no holes. The hulls are in great shape, with no serious gouges and no patches. I routinely treated the hulls with preservative and lubricated the frame joints during assembly. The sponsons hold air without leaking. The boats have fiberglass coamings.
