Also, several pages of updates that can be filled in by the owner - all are currently blank.
Condition:
Appears new and unused, except for a band of yellowing on the edge of the front cover - probably due to sun exposure.
The binding is tight and square.
The covers and spine are unmarked, other than the yellowing mentioned above.
There are no marks or notations of any kind.
