Here is a rundown of what needs to be done on it to get it going, as well as some suggestions;
Needs-
The chain needs to be replaced.
The shifter cables and housing need to be replaced.
Brakes need to be adjusted.
Suggested -
I'd recommend replacing the handlebar grips. They're okay but I don't like the feel of them.
Saddle is okay but has a small split along the back edge on one side.
Worth the investment if you plan to commute regularly.
Has a Shimano 105 rear derailleur. 9 speed SRAM cassette. Alloy frame. Relatively lightweight.
V-brales. Toe clips. Grip shift shifters.
