For sale is a 1988 Cannondale SM500 mountain bike, size 23. It is in great condition, there are lots of scuffs and marks on the frame but all of the parts are either brand new or very lightly used. All cables and housings are brand new. Parts that have been replaced are: new Kenda tires, Shimano crankset, KMC chain, 8-speed cassette, sealed bearing bottom bracket, Shimano front derailleur, chromo riser bar, ODI grips, Dia-Compe brake levers, front cantilever brake, rear brake pads and saddle. The bike has been professionally tuned and is ready to hit the road. Great bike to cruise around town for someone 6' or taller. A great deal on a classic mtb, just in time for spring!
