Classic made-in-USA Trek 400 Elance road bike with large 57cm / 22" metallic blue frame, made with Reynolds 531 steel tubing, upgraded with 700c aero wheel set (16 spoke front, 20 spoke rear), Shimano Ultegra RD-6600 rear derailleur & 10-speed cassette CS-6600, Kool-Stop Continental brake pads, new Vredestein Fortezza front tire, and anatomic saddle.

It has Shimano SIS Light Action downtube shifters, a water bottle holder, and is currently set up with clipless pedals which can be swapped for standard platform pedals if preferred.

It features threaded braze-on bosses to accommodate an optional rear carry or pannier rack for touring or commuting.

It rides great especially with the more modern wheels set and rear gearing, and the braking is excellent and quiet.
