These are brand new and cost over a thousand dollars. They are made by U line and considered the best. The stairs lock into place with a foot pedal. Swivel casters allow easy maneuvering in tight places. The narrow design, with a width of 24" allows these to get into places no other stairs will fit and allows shelving to be placed closer together eliminating wasting the floor space caused by other types of stairs which saves you money.
