This is a vintage silver-plated and glass Swan Salt Cellar with spoon. Both the silver and glass components are wonderfully articulated with feathers and flowers. The wings are hinged and swing to open and close. I assume it is silver-plated due to lack of a stamp as well as the hints of base metal showing on the spoon (see photos). My memory says that my aunt bought this in Spain in the 60's, but I cannot confirm that.

Size:
Swan - 2 7/8" high x 3" wide x 1 3/4" deep (when closed)
Spoon - 2 5/16" long x 7/16" wide

Local pick-up in Arlington, MA.
