Lovely house across the street from Forest Hills station. We are looking for a fourth roommate to move in ASAP (now through Jan 1st). Common area on the second floor and bedrooms on the third floor - your room would have a skylight and comes partially furnished with bed frame, mattress, dresser, and TV. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. Washer and dryer in basement. Front and back balcony. There are 2 cats (we cannot take any more pets, sadly). We are three professional women who work/are students in the city. We're looking for someone to take the lease at least until August, with the option to sign for another year then. Utilities are not included in rent; they run about $100 to $150. A deposit of $1000 is required as well.
