The room is about 9' x 12', a long narrow closet, two windows with nice sunlight.
The place gets lots of natural light during the day, has forced air (heating and cooling), 2 balconies (front and back) and front and rear access. And the shower has been recently renovated. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's free washer/dryer in the basement with some storage. Street parking. No pets ;(
Internet/gas are separate and will usually range from about $75 in the winter and $40 during the summer months.
About the roommates: I'm 43 y/o (m) and works in arts and design industries and the other roommate is 26 y/o (m) and works in medical research. We are looking for a quiet, respectful, clean roommate and who pay bills on time. We are pretty busy with work and mostly keep to ourselves in this nicely decorated home. The place is a 10 minute walk to the Fields Corner T-stop (Red Line gets you downtown in 15–20 minutes), a 15 minute walk to Target-Grocery, Right-Aid, and Dollar Store and a 5- minute walk to Ronan Park which is huge with great views of the city and plenty of restaurants and bars along Dot Ave. including Harp 'n Bard, Dbar, Blend.
The application process with the great landlord requires: application via docusign, photo ID, proof of income (last 2 pay stubs or work offer letter). Upon approval there is a one month security deposit and first month's rent is due. Room is available 1/1 or sooner!
