Residents who qualify for this opportunity pay a reduced monthly rental rate on housing, although daily meals, personal care, services, and activities are optional at additional cost. - Applicants must be at least 62 years of age to qualify.
- Applicants must meet tenant selection criteria.
- Applicants must income-qualify, and Susan Bailis has different tiers of affordability, based on availability.* Maximum gross income limits for a single-person household ranges from $34,740 to $69,480 and for a double-person household ranges from $39,720 to $79,440.**
- Monthly rate for a LIHTC Studio is $1737 and for a one-bedroom apartment is $1861 – which includes rent and utilities only (excluding phone/cable); daily meals, personal care, services and activities are optional at additional cost.
