I’m leaving my apartment in Allston/Brookline and am looking for someone to take over my lease (available in January).
The one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet building and neighborhood, accessible by both subway and bus. The Green Line B will take you to Boston College in one direction and downtown in the other. The 66 bus at the end of the street goes directly to Harvard. Grocery shopping is easy on foot, and there’s an excellent European bakery in the neighborhood, as well as a nice little park just a 5-minute walk away.
The current rent is $2,225 per month (excluding electricity, gas, and renter’s insurance). Water and heating are included in the rent. There are washers and dryers in the building, as well as a small gym and an indoor bike room.
