Office Manager/Bookkeeper position available for immediate start. We are a family owned Automotive business seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00- 6:00. Great competitive pay, paid vacation and sick time, inquire within.
Key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
-Scheduling of service appointments.
-Reviewing and reconciling vendor accounts, payables and receivables
-Scheduling and mailing all bills and overhead accounts in a timely manner
-Ordering/Stocking/Maintaining of office supplies.
-Manage weekly and monthly budgeting reports on a timely manner.
-Provide support to customers and assist in the on boarding process for new hires
-Assist owner and management in miscellaneous tasks as needed throughout the day
-Must have office management / Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeping experience.
-Must know Quickbooks and Microsoft Office.
-Must be able to multi task, manage time and be organized in a fast paced environment.
Hours are Mon-Fri from 9-6
