Home Care Agency has an immediate opening for Full-Time Accounting/HR Assistant position to support our growing Accounting/HR department.

This is a challenging opportunity with the Agency that values its employees and their efforts.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Support Agency Accounting and HR departments in day-to-day operations including time recording, payroll reporting, maintaining accurate employee's personal records, filing, faxing, photocopying, matching and mailing as well as perform other related tasks as assigned by Agency Controller.
The ideal candidate must be well organized, detail oriented, comfortable in a working independently as well as part of the team, ability to multi-task, function well in fast paced environment and possess a positive attitude.

Requirements: College degree or equaling accounting experience required
Computer knowledge, MS Office a must, working knowledge of Sage Accounting Software a plus.
Ability to multi task is essential!
By-Lingual can be helpful
Starting salary is $15-17 per hour - based on education and experience, great benefits, free parking
