Our innovative wealth management team with a focus on helping clients accomplish their immediate and long-term financial goals has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Certified Financial Planner. The Financial Advisor maintains a variety of High Net Worth (HNW) individual client accounts. This role works with the Director of Client Services and the Chief Investment Officer to ensure that client wealth management strategies adhere to client's retirement, philanthropic, estate and tax planning objectives. The Financial Advisor is responsible to develop and cultivate relationships with prospects and existing clients to grow relationships across investment and Bank products and services. This individual is expected to achieve individual sales goals through continuous business development efforts and perform responsibilities collaboratively with the Enterprise Wealth Management team to attain new business and oversee client relationships. Maintaining strong client relationships is imperative as this individual proactively identifies business development opportunities to help grow the Bank and achieve individual sales and client retention goals.

Requirements: Qualified candidates are motivated, experienced CFP Financial Advisors, with a minimum of two years of financial advisory client management. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Proven capabilities building relationships with businesses, personal clients and employees in a branch network to ensure a strong referral of potential clients are a necessity along with proven experience prospecting, advising and servicing client assets. Strong and influential marketing, public speaking, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required. Experience working within the local communities are strongly preferred.
