compensation: 17.50 - 19.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

Answers incoming ACD calls from clients and creditors relating to ACCC's services, including inquiries for debt management and financial education information
Monitor the ACD queue to make sure there is adequate coverage
Handle escalated phone calls for a department representative
Resolve client issues and processing follow up dates within ACCC guidelines
Review and follow up on assigned reports; provide weekly, monthly and quarterly updates via spreadsheets for assigned data to be collected.
Follow up on outstanding proposals that have not been accepted or rejected/terminated due to missed payments; contact clients that have missing documentation.
Assist with training in the department.
Review employee workload as needed.
Assist Compliance Department with state requirements as needed.
Test new versions of software and updated processes.
Perform some of the supervisory functions in the absence of the Supervisor or Manager
Responsible for closing the Client Services office for the night.
Reviewing evening messages in preparation for the next day.

Position Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: Minimum 2 year experience related to customer service required or equivalent combination of education and experience
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications, etc: PFE Debt Management Professional Certification (to be obtained within first twelve months of employment)
Supervisory Responsibility, if any: some supervisory experience required
Other: Basic computer knowledge; basic mathematical skills; ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, standard operating procedures (S.O.P.s); ability to write routine reports and correspondence for clients; demonstrate telephone etiquette, time management, and attention to detail; ability to interact and work in a team environment; demonstrate ability to comprehend verbal and written information in addition to responding to clients and/or employee.
