At the end of June 2025 I bought a Certified Pre-Owner Toyota Camry.
It came with four brand new tires, these Sumitomo Geodrive Tires -- size 215/55 R17 with a 94V speed rating (high!)
Manufacturer date is 44th week of 2024, and treadwear rating is 440.
After talking to my dad, he got very annoyed because the only way to buy these tires is through Toyota in the US... you can't find 'em new anywhere else.
He has a 'thing' against Toyota dealerships, and demanded that I go replace these at Costco with Michelin tires as of August 2025 (he's helping me pay for the car, so he gets a say)
TLDR; someone out there gets a matched set of four effectively brand new Sumitomo Geodrive Tires tires (only about 8 weeks of wear, commuting from Canton to Wellesley).

I've priced these by looking up the cheapest comparable listings on Ebay, including tax and shipping.
