Well rounded Handyman seeking another Home/Property owner in need of an affordable option to their property maintenance needs . I am am a skilled interior painter , all phases of the work included wall prep/ repair. I do trim carpentry as well if needed . Skilled in caulking/ silicone (removal and application) baseboards , bathrooms , windows . I do it all . Low voltage electrical including upgrading your outlets / switches / fans / fixtures . I can install shelving systems in walk in closets / pantry’s / wherever you see fit . I am mechanically inclined and what I have listed here is not what I am limited to. I have all my own tools and transportation. Punctual and efficient. Whether it’s one project or leads to an ongoing thing . I am your guy . I am asking 25/hr cash / check / or electronic transfer . Or a flat rate per project we can agree on .
