By request, 1 side of dock can be available for your boat (40 ft dock)
1 side of duplex $1500 wk plus NH room and meals tax. (This is studio side with private large patio, private entrance and parking for two cars and boat trailer)
There is a fire pit available for the cooler nights and roasting marshmallows!
Studio- Open queen Br and 1 pull out couch FULL size, newer bath with laundry, dining table and kitchen with bar stools too.
Lakefront (W/ Dock And Walk In Sandy Beach Near The Sandbar)
Very scenic and clean Lake Winnisquam rental available. One of the best locations - easy to get to and you are ON the lake with grass yard, private patio and step down sandy beach You have use of the dock at the house with boat rentals available across the bridge! Doesn't get any easier than that. It is a great time during the summer on the lake and we are walking distance to good food and mini golf:) It is incredibly beautiful and there is so much to do including nearby hiking with Gunstock nearby.
For those of us that like to shop - the Tanger outlets are a mere 4 miles away!
This is a duplex with sometimes owner occupied other side but it has it's own entrance and separate yard and parking etc...This unique waterfront property gives you flexibility and great options and features a tasteful open concept first level with a kitchen, dining, and living area (With open bedroom and pull out full size couch with upgraded mattress) and new slider leading out to a private yard
Gunstock mountain is 15 minutes away for hiking, zip line, Segway, tree top adventures etc...
