This position is ideal for individuals with experience in foundation forming, wall systems, concrete placement, and general site labor. Candidates must be dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Set and strip concrete forms for foundations and walls
Assist with footing, wall, and slab preparation
Install rebar, snap ties, braces, and form hardware
Work with advanced wall form systems and rapid bar systems
Pour, place, and finish concrete as directed
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Operate hand tools and construction equipment safely
Assist foremen and crew members with daily tasks
Requirements:
Construction or concrete experience preferred
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work full days and overtime when needed
Valid SSN or ITIN required
