What You'll Be Responsible For
You won't just manage electrical work.
You'll build an entire electrical division.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing all residential electrical projects.
• Launching and growing our residential service department.
• Hiring, training, and mentoring electricians and apprentices.
• Creating operating procedures, safety standards, and quality control systems.
• Scheduling crews and managing workflow.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Estimating electrical work and reviewing project budgets.
• Working directly with inspectors and ensuring all work meets code.
• Overseeing customer satisfaction from start to finish.
• Working closely with ownership on long-term planning and growth.
• Growing the department into one of the premier residential electrical companies in Massachusetts.

Requirements
• Massachusetts Master Electrician License (Required)
• Extensive residential electrical experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts Electrical Code
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Clean driving record
• Pride in your craftsmanship
