This is an early touchscreen Internet appliance, released in October 2000, and discontinued in 2001. More about the features can be seen at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3Com_Audrey.
There are also Internet postings for hacks which can be done.

Includes the main unit, wireless keyboard, Ethernet- USB adapter, original AC power adapter and the original box. Stylus' not included.

Also included is a second Audrey unit which is working but has no accessories.
