The pad provides insulation for the sleeping bag in the tent or could be wrapped around the body to conserve energy/ warmth. Tin foil on one side and blue foam on the other. Never used. The foam foldable seat has hardened bottom and adjustable reclining positions. Could be used as a sleeping pad as well. This one had been used twice for outdoor picnics. Both come in individual drawstring nylon bags. Colon Sport brand. Selling as one set for this price.
