23’ 2006 Rockwood Roo hybrid. Title in hand. Love the camper, sad to sell, but we need to downsize. New toilet, upholstery has been covered with zippers for easy washing. New fridge by the previous owner. He also put in a new floor. Some things needed fixing and they were fixed but not cosmetically. We even have the cut out boards for you to do it. Needs a new thermostat.
We also disconnected the shower, as we don’t use this, need to simply be reattached for usage. Leak over shower at skylight. Needs attention. Leak is minor. Vinyl for the wings are in good condition, no leaks. Couch folds out to a bed as does the dinette. Comes with sway bars and cover. Asking $6000.
