There is available off street parking and snow removal as well as in-house laundry and monthly cleaning service. The neighborhood is clean and quiet with a short walk to Whole Foods, and many shops and restaurants. Cold Spring Park is close by, as is Crystal Lake, which has lovely walks/jogs and swimming in the summer. The D line (Newton Highlands) is also only 5-7 minutes away. The owner is on premises part-time, operating a small law firm on the first floor. This may include clients occasionally coming for consults. The owner lives in a separate area on the ground floor, and occasionally has a small dog there.

Female applicants are preferred; as you will be sharing the upstairs space and bathroom with two other women (2 bedrooms are on the second floor, the available room (the largest) is on the third floor).
