Close to market basket and other stores in Ashland, but still on south side of Framingham.
The house is very nice for the neighborhood. Father used to own it, now I rent it from my current employer, so we are getting a good deal for the amenities.
Two second floor bedrooms,
Living room, den, kitchen.
Basement with washer, dryer
Driveway space for parking.
Limited storage space in garage.
Looking for a full time working professional to share the space with.
I'm best described as a hobbyist rogue car engineer. I build cool stuff in the garage, but we can't accept any more people with project cars. However oil changes become more convenient when you live here. I have three well behaved healthy cats who share the space and cause little fuss. It's a nice place to be, and small enough that it's easy to maintain.
