It is made of denier nylon with dense foam padding. The large inner pocket is 15" x 18" and 4" Deep, although it's flexible and will expand. It has a heavy duty zipper that zips on 3 sides. The outer front pocket is 12 3/4 x 13 inches. The adjustable shoulder strap is 2" Wide with a non-slip rubber on the inside top. It also has a 2" carry strap on the top.
