We are seeking an entry level Administrative Associate to work remotely and provide administrative assistance to leadership; this role works with and reports to Internal Operations lead. In this role, you'll handle a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. You must be a highly-organized, detail-oriented individual. This role works from home so we need someone proactive who knows how to take initiative. Self-starter needed who thrives in a home office environment!

You must be proactive and demonstrate initiative, possess excellent judgment, reasoning and follow-up skills, exhibit outstanding communication and organizational ability, and value responsiveness. Confidence and poise in interactions with senior executives and clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to leadership; maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings globally and across multiple time zones, ad hoc projects
-Participate in consultant on-boarding process; and follows up to ensure completion of the file
-Serve as point of contact for external communications
-Manage company distribution lists and databases
-Manage several programs & initiatives
-Conference support; building out spreadsheets with contact info, setting up calls with attendees
-Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
*Excellent PC Skills: MS Office experience preferred
*Exposure to: Dropbox, Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, VMS systems such as Fieldglass, or IQ Navigator is a plus
*Distraction free work space
*PC or Mac
*High speed internet at home
*Smartphone
