Hiring for a Staffing Scheduling Coordinator!
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing, fast paced organization that is dedicated to providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities. The Staffing Scheduling Coordinator will assist in growing our Scheduling Department by creating appropriate schedules for clients and staff. The Staffing Scheduling Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Scheduling Manager and Administration to ensure schedules are communicated to teachers, parents, and staff.
Create new staff schedules and modify existing schedules based on student and staff availability
Communicate effectively and professionally with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student schedules and availability.
Work collaboratively with Scheduling Department as well as Administration
Ensure staff schedules are arranged in a way to maximize time working with students and minimize travel time and open time.
Update and maintain spreadsheets documenting current schedules, caseloads, hours worked and hours owed
Follow current department objectives and goals
Maintain and update Scheduling Software
Meet with new hires to communicate schedule
Administer Scheduling policies and procedures
2 Years of administrative experience
Experience with computer systems is required, including web based applications, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook and Word
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and must be able to convey information accurately.
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must maintain confidentiality
Manage time effectively and work effectively with co-workers
Must manage change, delays, or unexpected events appropriately
Must problem solve independently
Must prioritize work tasks, multitask activities, shift priorities as needed and be able to respond to multiple demands and adhere to time frames and due dates
Experience with scheduling and customer service preferred
Must be detail oriented and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
The Staffing Scheduling Coordinator will be based out of our Framingham office with opportunities to work in our Woburn and Natick offices as needed.
