Peach also offers "must-have" basics and stylish accessories curated from small and emerging female entrepreneurs. Our products are sold through a national network of stylists who create fun, personal shopping experiences, both in person and online.

Job description
We are seeking a self-starting, highly organized, and diligent Sales Support Associate to join the Peach Sales and Field Development team as we work on multiple projects and initiatives.

In this new position, you will be part of the engine behind Peach, helping to design, plan, and execute events, as well as provide support to ongoing sales and marketing projects.

Each day will look different but here's what you can expect to do in this role:
-creating invitations for events using InDesign and distributing them to our stylists via email
-researching potential Ambassadors in key areas to help drive strategic growth and partnerships
-sourcing and shipping items needed for events
-managing leads that come in from events
-helping with logistics for the Sales & Field Development team
-helping the Sales & Field Development team with anything that comes up (we're a start-up so every day's a new adventure!)



Other qualities we think would be perfect for this position are:

-Very detail-oriented -- you'll need to be able to spot a discrepancy, typo, or inconsistency. An example of this is: if the invite you've created for an event says the location is Naples, FL but the shipping address you're sending materials to is Portland, OR, this should raise a flag!

-Self-motivated, driven, and a get-things-done process-driven mindset -- we can count on you to keep marching on without having to be with you every step of the way.

-Strategic & process-oriented thinker-- you can look at a process and are able to identify ways to help make things more efficient, simpler, and quicker.

-Warm & friendly over email and phone-- you'll be connecting with stylists and outside parties via email and phone, and we hope you'll be able to communicate using same warm and friendly tone we use!

-OK with ambiguity-- often times in this role, you're going to get pieces of information that may not create a whole picture. In this case, we'll need you to take the pieces of information you've been given, assess the gaps of info, seek out guidance to fill the gaps, and create a draft of the deliverables to run by the team. Creativity, perspective, and curiosity are be great skills that can be leveraged to help counter the ambiguity.

Experience with InDesign (or a similar editing program) is a plus
Experience with a CRM program is a plus
Experience working within PowerPoint is a plus
This position reports to the Head of Field Development.
