We are seeking a flexible and resourceful Operations Manager to support an ever-changing range of projects and oversee the day-to-day operations. We're looking for a proactive, observant, detail-oriented candidate who demonstrates a spirit of thoughtful accountability and leadership matching our energetic, fast-moving developing business.

Business Administration
• Own company reception: main company phone line & voicemail; greeting visitors and; guests; preparing conference spaces for Board / Investor use
• Provide EA support for our executive team including but not limited to calendar management, travel planning, internal meeting coordination and documentation follow-up
• Manage office documentation by producing and maintaining systems
• Serve as the point person for, but not limited to, facilities maintenance, mailing, supplies, office equipment, bills, errands
Facilities Management
• Overall office management of our HQ, implementing systems and process that increase capacity to provide remote support
• Establish, maintain, and provide continual staff training for multi-office video conferencing and phone systems
• Provide necessary tools, supplies, and space to maximize team efficiency by researching, purchasing and stocking office equipment
• Manage the kitchen, office spaces, and employee appreciation budgets
• Manage and monitor upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of office spaces
• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
• Ensure optimal function and use of space
Human Resources:
• Build and improve company culture by:
• Planning and managing events that facilitate:
• Team Bonding (birthdays, holiday parties, community service)
• Celebrating Success (company milestones, exceptional individual achievements, departmental successes)
• Design workflows and generate materials to shepherd new hires and hiring managers through the Onboarding and Orientation processes
