Well-established environmental consulting firm is seeking a polished business-focused candidate to provide support to Department Managers and team. The administrative assistant position requires strong organizational, creative, forward-thinking, business savvy strengths. The assistant will manage the administrative aspects of a busy department. Will assist with preparing small- and large-scale proposals and responses to RFPs. Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions. Ensures customer billing contact information is accurate and up to date. Will be responsible for Accounts Receivable duties (an accounting background is not required for this task).
BS/BA preferred, excellent MS Office as well as 1-3 years of directly related business experience. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
