Cambridge Innovation Institute (CII) is seeking a CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST to join our dynamic client services team. The client services team is responsible for all post-sale follow-up activities in the Company's sponsorship and exhibit sales group. The Client Services Specialist must be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of administrative support experience in a very fast-paced work environment. Each member of our client services team works on multiple events throughout the year, so having excellent project management skills is a must!

Duties involve constant contact (emails and phone calls) with sponsors, exhibitors, vendors and internal teams, tracking and fulfillment of all aspects of sponsorship and exhibit contracts, and doing so with a professional demeanor and an almost obsessive attention to detail! Travel to some of our events is also required.

This is a great job for someone who excels at providing superior customer service and administrative support, working with teams, coordinating, proofreading and project management; and enjoys the opportunity to travel to our conferences and work with our teams and customers onsite.

TOP candidates have 1-3 years of experience providing administrative assistance to a sales team, preferably in the conference and tradeshow industry.
Other required skills & qualities:
- Thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; CMS skills preferred
- Professional/business writing and general proofreading background
- Truly exceptional organizational capacity
- Immense attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to travel
